**Jawatan: Pembantu Pengurusan Pentadbiran & Sumber Manusia**
**Tanggungjawab Utama**
**1. Tugas-tugas Pentadbiran Am**
- Memastikan semua peralatan pejabat berada dalam keadaan baik.
- Menjaga kebersihan Office HQ, Warehouse, & Kilang memastikan persekitaran yang kemas dan bersih.
- Memantau dan menambah semula bekalan pejabat dan bahan pembersihan mengikut keperluan.
- Menjadualkan dan membuat pesanan makanan untuk kakitangan (Jumaat sahaja).
- Menjawab dan mengarahkan panggilan atau emel berkaitan pertanyaan kewangan dan HR.
- Membantu dalam inventori dan perolehan bekalan pejabat.
- Melaksanakan tugas lain yang diarahkan oleh Pengurus Sumber Manusia.
- Menyokong pemprosesan invois, resit, dan bayaran.
- Membantu dalam penyediaan gaji (kemasukan data, pengiraan komisen jualan, TikTok, dll.).
- Menyimpan rekod _Petty Cash_ dan membantu dalam proses penyelarasan.
- Membantu dalam penyusunan dokumen kewangan, laporan dan hamparan kerja (spreadsheets).
- Membantu dalam tugas perakaunan asas termasuk pemfailan dan penyimpanan rekod.
**2. Sumber Manusia**
- Membantu dalam proses pengambilan pekerja, termasuk menyiarkan iklan kerja dan menjadualkan temu duga.
- Menyimpan dan mengemas kini rekod pekerja (data peribadi, cap jari, kehadiran, dll.).
- Menyokong penyediaan dokumen HR (cth: kontrak kerja, penilaian prestasi).
- Membantu dalam proses orientasi pekerja baharu termasuk cap jari dan dokumentasi rekod pekerja.
**Kemahiran**
- Kemahiran komunikasi dan interpersonal yang kukuh.
- Kemahiran dalam Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Pemahaman asas mengenai proses HR dan perakaunan adalah satu kelebihan.
- Teliti serta mempunyai kemahiran organisasi dan pengurusan masa yang baik.
- Mampu mengendalikan maklumat sensitif dengan penuh kerahsiaan pada setiap masa.
- Berdaya usaha dan mampu mengendalikan pelbagai tugas serta tugasan secara berdikari.

- Kemahiran bekerja dalam pasukan dan kerjasama yang baik.
- Keupayaan untuk bekerja secara berdikari dengan pengawasan minimum.
