**Job Summary**

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages to customers. The role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring a pleasant experience for all patrons.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, cappuccinos, lattes, and brewed coffee.
- Operate coffee machines and equipment efficiently and safely.
- Take customer orders and answer questions about the menu and beverages.
- Ensure the coffee bar is fully stocked with necessary supplies, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, and pastries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling of ingredients.
- Manage cash register, handle payments, and give change accurately.
- Assist in the creation of seasonal drinks and promotions.
- Offer recommendations and upsell products (e.g., snacks, pastries, and coffee beans).
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Support other staff in maintaining the shop’s ambiance and atmosphere.
- Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the coffee shop.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing techniques, and coffee equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle a high volume of orders.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A passion for coffee and coffee culture.
- Working location : One Utama Shopping Mall

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
