The duties and responsibilities include but shall not be limited to the following:
To perform cash count for cash sales collection, to ensure the cash sales collection is tally with daily cash sales report, preparing bank deposit slip for Account Manager to bank in.
To generate monthly debtor’s statement of account and overdue letter to demand for outstanding amount. Close follow up to chase for overdue debtor accounts.
Assist in daily operation in account department such as preparation and posting entry..
To involve in year-end audit activities such as preparing ledger, reconciliation statements and liaise with external auditors.
To involve and perform monthly inventory count.
To involve in periodic internal audit activities and assisting in all related reports.
To maintain proper filing system for easier reference and traceability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
