Manage the inventory, balance in Warehouse, ensure FIFO (First In First Out) and replenish all inventory items
- Receive all pharmacy, consumable, disposable items, and stationery from a vendor, transport, and courier companies
- Assist and coordinate the delivery of products ordered
- Ascertain the quantities and ensure that the items are correct before issuing to Hospitals
- Prepare and pack items to all Hospitals based on Purchase orders raised by Hospitals
- Perform half yearly or yearly stock take and ad-hoc physical count when it is required
- Ensure Warehouse is clean at all times and items are arranged accordingly and well stored according to storage standards
- Ensure the temperature of the Warehouse is maintained accordingly, all lights are switched off and doors are locked and the Warehouse is secured before leaving the Warehouse
- Identify items that are nearing expiry in Warehouse and liaise with Manager on items that are nearing expiry (i.e. at least six (6) months before vendor expiry date)
- Perform any other assignment or duty as requested or assigned

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,695.24 per month
