**Job Summary**
As key point of contact for internal & external stakeholders relating to day-to-day use of the Partner Relationship Module (PRM) platform & to champion its capability within the business

**Job Descriptions**
- Coordinate & execute business and quality reviews of PRM project deliverables
- Co-lead on platform user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing following new features development and ensure timely turnaround of functionaility deployments
- Lead, manage, define and agree with internal and external stakeholders (partners, vendors) on business processes, business requirements and functional scopes & ensure they are captured accordingly
- Support the implementation of proposed platform improvements and developments, identified by the key stakeholders
- Collaborate & work closely with partners/vendors and other product teams to synergize on Go-To-Market strategies and overall product & services framework to be future-proof

**Job Requirements**
- Degree with at least 5 to 7 years of working experience in the telecommunications or related industry (preferably in a telco company before).
- Experienced in product development & management, project management & marketing.
- Experienced in VAS or digital services or any telco related products.
- Experienced in OTT partners & product/platform management.
- Work well with cross-departmental teams and able to co-ordinate & run projects independently.
- Analytical, logical & excellent problem solver.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive & able to work independently.
- Capable of finding solutions and answers independently by working with the right people.
- Good in Powerpoint, Excel, presentation and reporting.
