Lead and manages the full spectrum of Accounts Departments functions and staffs who are responsible for financial reporting, billing collections, payroll, budget preparation and etc.
- Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation.
- Oversees the preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.
- Oversees the production of periodic financial reports, and ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards.
- Handles tax compliance work and ad-hoc matters or projects assigned from time-to-time.
- Audits accounts to ensure compliance with state and federal regulation; coordinates with outside auditors and provides needed information for the annual external audit.
- Presents recommendations to management on short-term and long-term financial objectives and policies.
- Provides financial analysis with an emphasis on capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.
- Ensures compliance with local, state, federal and other countries government requirements.
- Check and approves every transactions, make sure all transactions are correctly taken up.
- Arrange fund transfer between inter-related companies and cash withdrawal
- Prepares and renews general bond for vehicles and BG for warehousing
- Performs on new incorporation of company.
- Arrange for opening of bank accounts when requested.
- Prepare monthly payroll and submission of all statutory contributions and forms.
- Prepare staff appraisal.
- Cooperate and collaborate with other departments.
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned from time-to-time.

**; Requirements**:
- Posses at least Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Banking, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Have ten years or more of working experience in related field.
- Well verse and understanding in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia for written, spoken, and listen.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Able to multi-tasking and good time-managing.
- Able to cooperate and collaborate well and kind with other departments.
- Able to work in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam.
