**Responsibilities**:
1. **Job Summary**
(a) Overall in-charge of procurement of packaging materials.
(b) Overall in-charge of sourcing of new packaging materials and alternative suppliers.
(c) Supplier management.
2. **Main Responsibilities**
(a) Procurement: carry out procurement on packaging materials as and when required
(b) Sourcing: carry out sourcing activities on new packaging materials and alternative
suppliers
(c) Supplier Management: carry out supplier related activities and function
(d) General: abide to prevailing company policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations
(e) Involve in risk assessment
3. **Accountability**
(a) Ensure readiness of packaging materials in line with production plan.
(b) Ensure packaging materials procured is of correct quantity in line with MRP requirement.
(c) Ensure packaging materials procured is in accordance to required quality and
specification.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or relevant field with minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing.
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors).
- Good quantitative skills, negotiation and communication skills & tactics.
- Required skill(s): Communication well in multi languages, Computer literacy
- Co-operative, self-motivated, strong follow-up and Time Management.
- Able to accept responsibility readily in the work and adapt to fast changing environment.
