- Responds to customer inquiries, concerns and requests regarding all products and services.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products and service questions; suggest information about other products and services.
- Inform customers of sales promotions and services, and processes payments for orders, or exchanges.

**Job Requirements**:

- Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in spoken and written. Mandarin added advantage
- Preferably with at 1-2 years of working experience in related field.
- Able to work on a shift and rotation basis.
- Proficiency with MS Office
