Customer Success Specialist for E-commerce-fresh

You will be serving the customers for one of the leading global e-commerce companies in playing the role of their #customersuccess specialist, giving the best customer experience, and exceeding all expectations in each touchpoint managed to ensure the highest level of satisfaction is received at the end of the touchpoint.

**Your Roles include**:

- Attending to incoming tickets promptly in a competent and professional manner
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Empower customers to self-serve and help users navigate the on-demand success resources.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools such as Zendesk.
- Any other duties assigned by your immediate superior and the Company.

**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- Malaysian citizen with at least an SPM qualification and excellent communication skills in English with an ability to clearly explain complex ideas verbally and in writing.
- Superb listening skills and the proven ability to dig deeper to uncover customer’s true objectives
- Able to work round-the-clock rotational shifts including Public Holidays and Weekends.
- Excellent organization, time management skills and empathetic personality to interact with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
