About you: - You are a creative at heart with exceptional design skills and technical expertise with industry standard design tools like Figma/Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite. - You are a skillful communicator who can articulate visual concepts and have the ability to influence a broad range of stakeholders and ensure a “right-first time” design ethos - quality, pixel-perfect consistency and detail are your trademark across all projects and briefs. - You have a keen eye for detail, a passion for all things digital, and the ability to think outside the box. - You have strong listening, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills with the ability to communicate and present your work with clarity to different audiences. - You are open, curious and a self-starter operating with an ownership mentality eager to diversify & grow your skills continuously. - You know your way around UI/UX (not just what the acronyms stand for) and understand the impact of a well thought out user journey and a highly satisfied team of users. Day-to-day, you will: - Design and create visually stunning user-friendly websites that align with our clients’ goals and brand identity. - Develop and implement visual brand identities for our customers ranging from logo design to brand assets, social media content and promotional materials. - Participate in the execution of the entire creative process, brainstorming sessions and present visual concepts to the stakeholders and effectively communicate your vision. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality. - Collaborate with other designers, onboarding consultants and developers across cross-functional remote teams. - Stay up to date on the latest design trends and standards and contribute to implementing best practices and processes across design systems within products. Your skills and experiences might also include: - Strong typography, hierarchy, and layout skills and understanding of color theory. - Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles with the ability to translate into fluid and responsive templates. - Experience working on mobile and app design for both iOS and Android systems. - A good understanding of motion design principles, animation techniques and visual storytelling with technical expertise in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro. - Fundamentals of Accessibility in design, Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) - Understand marketing initiatives, strategic brand positioning and target audience to develop cohesive brand identities.
