- Bachelor's degree in fields such as marketing, advertising, or journalism is preferred.
- Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, along with a strong execution capability. Prior experience in event planning is an advantage.
- Strong teamwork, collaboration, and service-oriented attitude.
- Demonstrated interest in the education industry, adaptability to change, and a strong sense of responsibility in work.

**Responsibility**
- Stay updated on customer developments, uncover potential customer needs, and assist in the development of marketing and promotional activity plans and strategies.
- Prepare marketing and promotional activity materials according to the established plans and ensure their successful execution.
- Maintain regular communication and coordination with suppliers and the sales team.
- Manage the distribution, maintenance, and organization of campaign marketing materials, and actively participate in marketing case studies and training activities.
- Establish event management and project scheduling to ensure timely and high-quality completion of project execution, maintaining a smooth and error-free event flow.
- Fulfill other tasks as assigned by superiors.
