Key Responsibilities:

We are excited to announce the opening for the position of Operation Executive. Join our tribe and let's create unforgettable events for our clients

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in and supervise event set-up work.
  • Plan the pre-event setup work (weddings, birthday parties, corporate events).
  • Supervise all delivery processes for orders, communicate with delivery personnel, and oversee the delivery process.

Requirements:

  • SPM holders and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • You must have your own car and able to travel to different events.
  • You should be fluent in English and Malay (Mandarin is a bonus)
  • Possess delivery experience and be familiar with related delivery processes and techniques.
  • Be able to quickly adapt to a fast-paced working environment and handle high-intensity tasks.
  • Have clear thinking, be good at handling situations on the spot, and be tactful in dealing with matters.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, if needed.
