Identify data sources, develop integrated KPI tools and methodology.
- Identify, track, and report regularly on key operational performance metrics.
- Develop quantitative analysis, ad-hoc reports, and models to support key operations decisions, including process optimizations and logistics management.
- Compile and create reports, graphs, charts, documents and slide presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.
- Design, build, and maintain optimization tools to identify global supply chain network opportunities and determine optimal distribution sites.
- Develops metrics and track the success of key projects.
- Supports supplier/carrier relationship management process, supplier/carrier performance reviews, and supplier/carrier development initiatives by providing data driven vendor scorecards.
- Provides savings tracking activities and reports realized savings; ensures realized savings tie back to departmental budgets.
- Researches and extracts logistics data and creates meaningful reporting to identify trends, performance metrics and issues.
- Leverages use of ERP, Transportation Management Systems and related technologies to create logistics analytics.
- Compile and distribute monthly logistics financial reports by business unit.
- Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects (e.g. warehouse-slotting, route planning)
- Participate in the deployment of the Supply Chain Management System across country programs in collaboration with the relevant parties.
- Participate in the development of information management systems to capture and consolidate field and logistics data.
- Coordinate with the IT department to develop and maintain a global logistics dashboard for country profiling, data analysis, performance indicators and red-flag indicators.
- Coordinate the compilation and submission of global and country specific logistics activity reports.

**Job Requirement**:

- Preferable Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or a quantitative and analytical discipline
- Analytical and problem-solving aptitude
- Project management skills sufficient to managed projects from planning through completion, including communication of project goals objectives, resource requirements, progress vs. schedule, and achievements
- Results oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
- System / technology skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, ERP systems, Power BI Tools
- 1 - 5+ years of experience leveraging quantitative analysis and analytics to solve business problems, preferably within a large customer service or sales organization
