**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure office equipment is in good condition.
- Perform other clerical tasks as assigned by the management.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills in **English and Chinese** (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in clerical or administrative roles is an advantage but not required.
