Responsible for quantity, budget estimation from design drawings, tracking design modifications, cost adjustments, etc
Communicate with management and subcontractors about cost estimate adjustments to ensure a smooth transition of information.
Prepare a quantity and cost statement, as well as cost planning.
Prepare a variation ledger, measurement, subcontract settlement and payment ledgers.
Responsible in collecting cost data and coordinating cost analysis.
Responsible in calculating and completing the planning of output value.
Keep track work progress in accordance with the contract, settle construction disputes, and take pictures of the construction activity on-site.
Prepare and submit required tender documents and information, as well as participate in tenders.
Manage the department's documentation. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.

**Salary**: RM2,035.00 - RM6,193.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Quantity Surveyor: 3 years (preferred)
