This role is **intense, fast-paced, and communication-heavy,**perfect for someone who thrives under pressure and wants to stretch their thinking. You won’t just “support” projects. You’ll dig deep into ideas, research, cultural trends, and strategic references. You'll help us shape content, campaigns, and concepts that push the envelope. **Company Overview**: Paper Plane is to be emphasized as a "Merchandising Solution" partner, but not particularly a marketing agency. We create online and offline marketing vehicles for brands. Paper Plane believes that “Branding Vocabulary” is arguably the only fundamental communicative stratosphere for all companies to emulate strategic marketing existence. **Key Responsibilities**: - Conduct research on industry trends, media outlets, and audience preferences. - Collaborate with the team to draft and edit communication materials, including newsletters, promotional copy, and proposals. - Document events and projects through photography, videography, and written reports. - Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas for brand communication. - Support the team in managing day-to-day office needs (devices, tools, shared workspaces) - Help track and maintain equipment or materials used for projects and shoots - Assist in preparing the workspace for meetings, content sessions, or internal work **Requirements**: - **Diploma students or recent graduates** in one of the following fields: Mass Communication, Media Studies, Broadcasting, Marketing Communication, Advertising, Public Relations, Digital Media, Branding & Design Communication, Creative Multimedia, Event Management, Business Communication, New Media & Content Creation, Film/TV/Media Production, or related areas - Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus) - Fast learner, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment - Able to manage time, tasks, and teamwork with attention to detail - Interest in branding, communication, media, and how things work behind the scenes - Bonus: Comfortable with office tools, basic media equipment, or project coordination **Location**:Publika, Kuala Lumpur **What We Offer**: - Monthly allowance of RM800 - Hands-on experience in a dynamic communication and marketing environment. - Opportunities to work on real-world projects and contribute to impactful campaigns. - A collaborative and supportive team environment. - Potential for future full-time opportunities based on performance. **Job Type**: Internship Contract length: 3 months Pay: RM800.00 per month Schedule: - Monday to Friday Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 07/30/2025 **Job Type**: Internship Contract length: 3 months Pay: RM800.00 per month Schedule: - Monday to Friday Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 07/30/2025
