At least minimum 2 year of related experience preferred.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc)
- Orders supplies and equipment; maintains service contracts on office equipment.
- To organize and maintain good filing system.
- To provide administrative & confidential secretarial support to the Director and related departments as and when requires.
- Ability to work independently and proactive works
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with high level of commitment and initiative.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time by Director.
- To assist Director in the daily hoc to keep the operations office smoothly.
- Able to speak in Mandarin is added advantage as need to communicate with mandarin speaking Director.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
