**About the Role**
- This is a full-time role to support retail operations of our exciting premium fashion & beauty brands stores by providing excellent customer service and achieving the sales goals. We have multiple vacancies across VALIRAM brands portfolio based in Johor Bahru.
- Bath & Body Works (Komtar JBCC)
- Victoria’s Secret (Aeon Tebrau City)
- Victoria’s Secret (Johor Premium Outlets)
- MLB (The Mall Southkey)
- Michael Kors (The Mall Southkey, Johor Premium Outlets)

**Job Scope**
- The Retail Associate will act as a Brand Ambassador and be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer service experience to delight the customers.
- Support the day-to-day store operations including retail sales, stocks management, cashiering and any other tasks as instructed by the Store Leader.
- Strive to achieve individual and store sales target through excellence in store KPIs - Conversion rate, UPT & ATV.

**Requirements**:

- Friendly, confident personality and good communication skills to engage with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
- Min 1 year retail experience is required.
- Fluent in English & Malay. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Experience working in luxury fashion retail stores is a bonus.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.

**Remuneration**:

- Basic Salary (RM1800 - RM2200) + Attractive Commission + Attendance Allowance
- Language allowance*
- 7 Off-days per month.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
