We are seeking a proactive and persuasive **Telesales** to join our team. This position plays a vital role in building initial relationships and generating leads for the sales team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients using a provided database or contact list
- Introduce company’s services clearly and professionally over the phone
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and lead targets

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or related fields preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay
- Confident, positive attitude with the ability to handle rejection professionally

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
