As we continue to expand our presence in the market, we are seeking a talented and passionate Full-Time Videographer to join our team.

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts and ideas for video content that align with the company's brand and objectives.
- Plan, script, and storyboard video shoots, including location scouting, casting, and scheduling.
- Capture high-quality video footage using professional equipment, ensuring proper lighting, composition, and sound.
- Edit and enhance video footage using industry-standard editing software to produce polished and engaging final products.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in video production, incorporating new technologies and best practices into our projects.
- Manage video assets, including organizing files, maintaining archives, and ensuring proper storage and backup procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work across a variety of styles and formats.
- Proficiency in operating video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices.
- Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs.
- Strong understanding of cinematography principles, including framing, composition, and color grading.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field is preferred but not required.
