Technical Sales Executive
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic technical sales executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be required to source new customers and business contacts, demonstrate the technical features of our products, drive sales, and maintain strong customer relations.
To ensure success as a technical sales executive, you should have strong knowledge of technical, a passion for sales, and the ability to travel. Ultimately, a top-class technical sales executive drives business by understanding the needs of the client and providing them with the right product choices.

- Possess current knowledge of industry and market trends and regulations.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.
What You'll Do:
- To manage key account and develop new business for domestic and export markets.
- To promote company products and services within selected target markets.
- To conduct effective presentation, work out the best proposal and negotiate pricing with customer.
- To maintain good customer relations, building rapport and provide support to all customers.
- To handle credits, complaints, enquiries, quotation and technical advisory commitment in accordance with the Company policies.
- To assist in planning of sales strategy to achieve the annual business plan.
- To manage sales visit and reporting.
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum a diploma or a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or a related field
- Prior 2 or more proven sales working experience
- Good command of English, Malay. Able to speak fluently, write clearly, and to communicate effectively
- Language proficiency in Mandarin is added advantage.
- Computer literacy and excel in MS Office suite
- Experience in adhesive/ chemical manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

- STM/STPM (preferred)
