Position: Technical Sales Engineer

Location: Shah Alam / Penang

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Tenure: 1-Year Contract (Convertible to Permanent based on performance)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute sales and marketing initiatives for a wide product range within assigned territories.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, proposals, and quotations; meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Educate customers on product features and provide professional technical advice.
  • Conduct site visits, equipment demonstrations, and ensure proper technical application.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and deliver high-quality after-sales service.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining client creditworthiness.
  • Provide consultancy on equipment performance and conduct site assessments.
  • Manage payment collections to ensure financial accountability.
  • Maintain strong after-sales relationships and foster long-term customer trust.
  • Submit regular sales and marketing reports (monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, annual) to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunication, Photonics Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
  • Possess a personal vehicle and willing to travel extensively.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent self-presentation, business etiquette, and communication skills.
  • Confident engaging with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM5, RM8,000.00 per month
