Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Shah Alam. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, engaging with customers, and driving sales efforts. Daily tasks include preparing and delivering technical presentations, evaluating customer needs, and preparing cost estimates. The role demands coordination with the sales team to enhance product sales and provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales Engineering and Sales skills
  • Posses at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Technical Support
    (SCADA/PLC/Solar Energy)
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Shah Alam
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience in a similar role in the technology or engineering industry
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to meet sales targets
