**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for nomination process, confirm participation, and follow up with parties involved for training programs;
- Source and assess training providers to ensure they deliver high-quality programs while maintaining cost-effectiveness;
- Manage all aspects of training administration including Training Needs Analysis;
- Plan monthly/quarterly/yearly training calendars;
- Maintain updated curriculum database, training attendance and training merit record;
- Responsible for all training setup and preparation;
- Coordinate team-building activities, tournaments, weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly engagement events to foster employee interaction and morale;
- Gather pre/post training feedback from trainers and trainees and key in the feedback report as well as merit points after each training session;
- Oversee logistics, including quotation, billing, proforma invoices and training materials;
- Assist in developing and updating training materials to ensure they are relevant, engaging, and aligned with company goals;
- Drive engagement through interactive learning methods such as e-learning platforms, workshops, and seminars;
- Plan, create and contribute articles for internal newsletters to enhance communication and engagement;
- Take up any other assignments and duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

**Job requirements**:

- A Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Human Resource Development/Management, Psychology, or a related field;
- At least 1-3 years of working experience in managing training activities, preferably within the retail industry;
- Certificate in Training is an added advantage;
- A team player with strong initiative and the ability to work independently;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant PC software;
- Willing to travel domestically/overseas when required for training programs and related activities.
