Office Assistant

**Job Summary**
We are looking for a **reliable and courteous Office Assistant** to support our KL office with daily pantry services, office cleaning and housekeeping, and general hospitality duties. This role plays a key part in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for both employees and visitors.
**Job responsibilities:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pantry, including washing utensils, restocking supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are met.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms for internal meetings and external guests.
- Monitor pantry inventory levels and coordinate with the People Operations Lead for supply replenishment.
- Perform general office cleaning and manage the disposal of trash and recyclables.
- Assist in the cleaning and upkeep of the company-rented apartment, in coordination with the cleaning crew.
- Run light errands and support ad-hoc tasks as requested by the People Operations team.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in office cleaning or pantry services preferred.
- Responsible, reliable, and punctual.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Friendly and respectful attitude toward staff and visitors.
- **Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm**_

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
