**Recruitment**
- Participate in job fair and other recruitment event in order to grow recruitment pipelines for current & future hiring needs.
- Ensure all staff nurse, DNA and clinical instructor applicants have valid APC or RON
- Update the recruitment tracker on a daily and monthly basis to keep track on hiring fulfilment in order to ensure continuity of business operation with sufficient manpower
- Verify and ensure the completion of all necessary documents required for interviews and onboarding in order to ensure smooth payroll processing and accuracy of personal files.
- Formalizes job description and specifications for existing and new positions for hiring needs and job analysis in order to use this particular information to create a right fit between job and employee.
- Participate in biweekly inter-department meeting to check current manpower and recruitment status

**Learning & Development**
- Conduct new joiner orientation on a weekly basis
- Represent HR during practical students’ orientation session

**Campus Outreach & Sponsorship**
- Builds rapport with relevant university and college in order to recruit fresh graduates
- Visit potential university while promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
- Represent and embodies the good Beacon Hospital brand to instill trust and good personal connections with the students

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
