**Core Duties and Responsibilities**
Able to compute monthly working schedule in monitoring accruals, prepayment ad deposits before the closing of the monthly reports.
- To ensure accuracy of the General Ledger 9Accounting System) and record keeping of company assigned
- Monitor and ensure internal control policies, procedure and guideline for financial operations of the company are followed
- Account Receivable module - conduct monthly check on every delivery/service /job is invoiced and no interim/unbilled delivery by the 3rd of the following month.
- Accounts Receivable module - Compute/update on monthly basis for order book and to follow up with BUL on unbilled job/delivery by the 3rd of the following month.
- Accounts Receivable module - to send monthly SOA to customers, reminder letter to customer when overdue payment and monitor collection on monthly basis.
- Accounts Payable module - To prepare payment voucher/payment schedule/upload online on bi-weekly or when necessary on ad-hoc basis.
- Accounts Payable module - To compute weekly forecast payment allocation and monitor payments to ensure no duplication in payment and no delay in payment. To follow up with operation BUL (Business Leader/ GCEO) on verification of invoices before payment
- To assist Finance Manager in compiling and preparing annual tax information pack queries and working documents/schedule for yearly tax estimation, tax schedules, yearly tax form C and tax return by tax year-end audit, preparation of schedule and liaison with tax agent
- To compute / review bank reconciliation with bank ledger compilation on or before 3rd of the following month
- To assist Finance Manager in compiling and preparing annual auditor information pack queries and working documents / schedule for yearly audit during interim and final year-end audit, preparation of schedule and capable to liaison with auditors.
- Loan and borrowing commitment - to assist finance manager in maintaining loan / borrowing working schedule with update in loan drawdown, repayment of interest/principal & other requirement if required.
- To update weekly cashflow position including preparing weekly, monthly and yearly cashflow forecast.
- To prepare / follow up (monthly, quarterly and yearly) Financial Management Report & assist in Preparation or Bursa Announcement working file & other external party reporting of individual project cashflow and other projection project budgets.
- Ensure the meticulous maintenance record, documents and filing systems for efficient retrieval and compliance purpose.
- Is adaptable and ready to take on any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Finance Manager from time to time
**Qualification**
- Minimum Diploma in Finance (or any equivalent of any finance and accounting)
**Experience**
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experiences in full set of account and in industry in Construction / Property development or other related industry will be added advantages
Special Skill and Knowledge
- Well versed in Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint
- Knowledge in using Microsoft Dynamic Navision ERP ( Business Central) is preferable
- Positive working attitude and problem-solving skills
- A good team player and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Committed with strong sense of responsibility and able to work within deadline.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,700.00 per month
