Account Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with monthly & annual management reports - including reporting to business unit leaders
- Manage monthly payroll, all bank payments and receipts
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Manage Tax filing and tax reporting
- Prepare and coordinate yearly audit
- Manage monthly invoicing
- Perform other financial matters related ad hoc tasks as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Independent, self-motivated, capable to handle tight timeline
- Experience in operating Deltek Vision/ VENA/ SAP would be an advantage
- Experience in project accounting would be an advantage
- Good written and spoken English
