**POSITION** :Officer - Land Transport, Customer Service OR Officer - Land Transport, Operations

**WORKING DAYS & HOURS**:
6 days work week

1. 12pm-9pm (1 hr break)

2. 7pm-4am (1 hr break)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform basic administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document handling.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or transport operations.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics management software.
- Ability to multitask and handle customer inquiries efficiently with customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced logistics environment

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

- Night shift
