As an intern, you will be given the opportunity to interact with the operational teams to learn and gain insight into the business operations. Internal training and coaching will also be given to developing your technical knowledge and soft skills.

**Job Description**:

- 1. Provide recommendations to improve the overall operations and efficiency of the System Application Software to support current and meet new business requirements.

3. Attend to user requests, problems, and enquiries. Work with users and the project team to identify user’s needs, system/process that needs improvement and actively provide best practice solutions.

5. Ensure the completion of new programs or enhancements of programs meets the set deadline.

6. Ensure Program and System Integration Testing is done thoroughly with proper Test Plan documentation. Perform Application Testing together with User and Application Support Team Member.

7. Perform any other task and assignments as directed by the Management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in IT/ any related field.
- 3 -6 Month(s) Internship period or longer.
- No work experience is required.
- Internship position(s) available.
- Prefer to start working ASAP.
- Available position: Intern, Data Analyst AND Intern, Programmer

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From RM1,000.00 per month

Schedule:
