JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Senior Executive, Data Analysis to manage our core data infrastructure and support business intelligence initiatives. This role will play a key part in ensuring data accuracy, optimizing system performance, and enabling data-informed decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, coupled with the ability to collaborate across departments to deliver meaningful data solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Database Administration & Maintenance

  2. Maintain and monitor structured databases to ensure data integrity, security, and high availability.

  3. Implement best practices for data governance, backup, and disaster recovery.

  4. Data Integration

  5. Integrate and harmonize data from multiple internal and external sources.

  6. Ensure consistency, quality, and accessibility of data across platforms.

  7. Analytics & Reporting Enablement

  8. Prepare clean, structured datasets to support business reporting and analytical insights.

  9. Partner with analytics teams to enable real-time and ad hoc reporting.

  10. Data Tools & Platform Oversight

  11. Manage and optimize data tools and platforms.

  12. Ensure tools align with business goals and evolving technology trends.

  13. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  14. Act as a liaison between digital marketing and client relationship and other stakeholders.

  15. Translate business needs into scalable data solutions and contribute to strategic data initiatives.

  16. Performance Optimization

  17. Tune queries and data pipelines for optimal speed, efficiency, and scalability.

  18. Proactively address data performance bottlenecks and system issues.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in data management or business intelligence.
  • Familiarity with modern BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

  • Office Location : Ampang (accessible with public transport)
  • Working Hour : Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm (Hybrid applicable upon confirmation of employment)
