Urgently Hiring: Order Admin

Duties / Responsibilities
1) To ensure adequate customer and incoming check documentation is received, for each consignment,
to enable order to be created in the system.
2) To generate customer order for EO process
3) To assist in sample processing for EO process
4) To assist in reviewing of EO processing batch records.
5) To ensure and monitor all items in system is updated and to create any new item that required.
6) To assist Production Planner EO in any matter related to EO scheduling
7) All other responsibilities that commensurate with her experience and qualification as assign Manager.
8) To coordinate with Shipping Coordinator on utilization and adequate availabilities of space in warehouse.
9) To ensure and comply to company rules and policies, safety policies, QA procedures and SOPs.
10) To support and involve in Lean, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement activities as required.
Requirement: STPM/Diploma in any field, able to perform Excel & able to start immediately
Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
Possess own transport
Note: This is temporary position 4 months position.

Contract length: 4 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
