**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with signing car loan agreements and addressing inquiries related to loans and payments, including loan processing.
- Handle RC inquiries, insurance claims, refund claims (overpayment), and dispatch cheques for payments.
- Collaborate with the Auto Finance Executive on documentation and administrative processes.
- Respond to customer calls, attend to walk-in clients, and manage other ad-hoc duties as required.
- Undertake additional miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the Regional Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification**:SPM** or **Diploma** with at least **1 year of administrative experience**.
- Proficient in both **English** and **Bahasa Malaysia**.
- Basic knowledge of **Data Entry**, as well as **Microsoft Word** and **Excel**.

Work Location: Jalan Tok Lam, 20100 Kuala Terengganu

**Salary**: RM1,800 - RM2,200
