Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer leads & make follow-up calls
  • Introduce Coway's wellness products (Water Filters, Air Purifiers, Massage Chairs, Mattresses & more)
  • Guide customers through the sign-up & installation process
  • Attend team briefings & training sessions to sharpen your skills (Mon–Fri, 9AM–6PM)
  • Consistently meet sales and conversion targets

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates and those with sales/telemarketing experience welcome
  • Good communication in Bahasa / English (Mandarin is an advantage)
  • Positive mindset, self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Able to work from our Bangsar Trade Centre office (near LRT Kerinchi) at least 5 days/week

Note: This is a commission + incentive based role under Coway Malaysia, managed by Coway Sales Enterprise for training and onboarding.
