We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Cum Tele Sales professional to join our dynamic team in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. As a Retail Cum Tele Sales representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with our customers through a combination of in-store interactions and telephone-based sales efforts.

What you'll be doing

1.     Engaging customers in-store to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products and services

2.     Conducting effective outbound sales calls to identify new sales opportunities and follow up on customer inquiries

3.     Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets through a consultative sales approach

4.     Providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients

5.     Assisting with inventory management and product displays as needed

6.     Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends and competitor offerings

What we're looking for

1.     Fresh graduates and those with sales/telemarketing experience welcome, preferably within the mobile/telecommunications industry

2.     Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers

3.     Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to overcome customer objections

4.     Good communication in Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia (English is an advantage)

5.     Positive mindset, self-motivated and target-oriented
