Creative Printing Corporate is a dynamic and growing T-shirt printing company that focuses on providing custom and creative printing solutions to individuals, businesses, and organizations. We are looking for a responsible and energetic Administration cum Receptionist to join our vibrant team.


Job Summary:

The Administration cum Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our company. You will handle front-desk responsibilities, manage customer inquiries via social media and email, prepare invoices, assist walk-in customers, and support sales activities. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and has basic admin skills with a passion for communication and sales.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and attend to walk-in customers professionally.
  • Handle all incoming enquiries from:

  • WhatsApp

  • Email
  • TikTok
  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • Provide prompt and accurate information about products, pricing, and services.
  • Prepare and issue invoices to customers.
  • Record and manage customer orders and ensure follow-up when necessary.
  • Coordinate with the production team on customer orders.
  • Maintain records and filing systems for easy tracking.
  • Assist in generating leads and finding new sales opportunities.
  • Promote the company's services to potential customers.
  • You will be eligible for sales commission for bringing in new clients.

Requirements:
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms for communication.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly, presentable, and customer-service oriented.
  • Experience in printing or retail industry is an added advantage.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (additional languages are a plus).
