**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a professional, friendly, and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant. The role involves managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reception Duties**
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Provide basic information to clients, visitors, and staff when required.

**Administrative Support**
- Assist with data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and contact lists.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in organizing company events, training, and activities.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.

**Other Duties**
- Support management and staff with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers when required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with mínimal supervision.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 2 years (preferred)
