**Position Title**: Receptionist and Administrative Assistant
**Location**: G-G-3, Perdana, Plaza Arkadia, 3, Jalan Intisari, Desa Parkcity, 52200 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur
**ResponsibilitiesReceptionist Duties**:
- Greet parents, students, and visitors warmly and provide a welcoming environment.
- Manage student check-ins and attendance records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
- Assist with enrollment processes, including providing information on programs and courses.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, redirecting them appropriately.
**Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain and update student records, including registrations, payment histories, and attendance.
- Manage scheduling for classes, teachers, and room assignments.
- Prepare class materials and organize learning resources as needed.
- Assist with tuition fee collections, issue receipts, and follow up on late payments.
- Handle correspondence, including sending reminders for upcoming classes or events.
- Order and maintain office and teaching supplies.
- Coordinate with teachers and management on operational updates and student needs.
- Assist in organizing events such as open houses, workshops, or parent-teacher meetings.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of a high school diploma additional qualifications in administration or customer service are a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (experience in education is a bonus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of student management systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in [Insert language(s) required].
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to handle inquiries professionally.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
