Admin and Receptionist

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Admin and Receptionist to join our team at Skoolab Academy, Desaparkcity. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and enjoys working in an educational environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Reception Duties**:

- Greet students, parents, and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Handle inquiries regarding classes, schedules, and services.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage student registrations, attendance records, and class schedules.
- Maintain and update the tuition center’s database and filing systems.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and handle payment collection.
- Assist with marketing materials and social media updates as needed.
- **Operational Coordination**:

- Coordinate with tutors to ensure smooth class operations.
- Organize and prepare classrooms before lessons
- Monitor and replenish office and teaching supplies.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address feedback or complaints professionally, escalating issues to the manager when necessary.
- Build strong relationships with parents and students to enhance customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma in administration or related field is an advantage.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- **Other**: Availability to work evenings or weekends as needed.
