The Therapist at the Neurorehabilitation & Neuromodulation Centre plays a critical role in specialized care and therapeutic interventions to patients in the areas of Neurorehabilitation and Neuromodulation. The job covers developing treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes in a robotic assisted environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities.
- Interpret assessment results to formulate individualized treatment plans with Robotic assisted treatments.
- Conduct predictive therapy planning with respect to personalized therapy, effectiveness of therapy, and health care cost reduction.
- Conduct therapies working with Cyberdyne, Vibramoov and similar rehab robotic technologies.
- Utilize evidence-based interventions and therapies to address patients' needs.
- Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as needed.
- Provide individualized therapy sessions, adhering to best practices and clinical guidelines for Neurorehabilitation and Neuromodulation.
- Conduct patient treatment with a combination of Cyberdyne & related technologies.
- Support patients in developing skills for mobility, functional independence, and pain management with rehab technologies.
- Educate patients and their families about conditions, treatment plans with Neurorobotic treatments.
- Participate in workshops, seminars, and training programs to enhance clinical skills.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in patient care and professional practice.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in working with advanced Neuro Robotic rehab technologies and Neuromodulation technologies.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience with Robotic assisted Neuro rehabilitation setting is preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic intervention skills with Brain Computer Interface.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
