W Spine Chiropractic and Physiotherapy center is located in Sunway Velocity (outside the mall, close to Sunway Velocity Hospital. Our teams of primary healthcare professional serves all walk of life mainly to occupational musculoskeletal problem, kid/ teenage scoliosis, elderly, postnatal mum. Our mission is provide synergistic chiropractic and physiotherapy care to our patients. To achieve our expansion plans, we target to hire physiotherapist to provide patient centered care.

Location: Sunway velocity

Job Description:

As a Physiotherapist at W Spine, you will play a critical role in helping patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall quality of life. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients of all ages. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of patients to determine their physical condition and needs.
  • Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans, incorporating manual therapy, exercise, and other therapeutic modalities.
  • Monitoring patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and providing education on self-care and injury prevention.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records.
  • Collaborating with chiropractors, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in physiotherapy through continuing education and professional development.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Experienced/ fresh graduate are welcomed to apply
  • Minimum Bachelor degree or above is required
  • State licensure and certification as a Physiotherapist.
  • Able communicate with basic 3 language, (able to speak CN Cantonese will be preferable)
  • Skills like schroth method, dry needling, kinesiotape will be preferrable
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Be considerate and patience with patients
  • Focus on teamwork and good communication
  • Provide proper staff training
  • 5 days work
  • Able work on weekends/ Public Holiday
  • Basic salary + commission
  • Basic computer skills (excel, Microsoft words)
