**About this role, responsibilities & ownership**
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain timely and accurate company ledgers, including oversight of daily financial transactions. Conduct monthly reconciliations of all accounts.
- Payments and Transactions Management: Ensure accurate and timely execution of payments, deposits and capital injections according to the firm's governance processes.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial, tax and management reports/filings for entities in HK, SG, India and potentially Malaysia.
- Provide support for annual audits, budgeting and forecasting, FP&A and other Finance projects
- Liaise with clients, vendors, advisors and other Endowus teams as needed
- Any other ad-hoc duties as may be required

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or professional accounting qualification e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent
- Minimum three years of relevant experience, preferably within a financial services organisation
- Sound understanding of key financial reporting standards
- Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership & bias for action.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with accounting software, particularly Xero, is preferred.
- ** The role will be remote in Malaysia. Work visa sponsorship will not be provided to work in Singapore.**
