**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform monthly incentive calculations and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Prepare and present monthly performance analysis reports at both company and individual levels.
- Monitor trends across marketing campaigns, resource utilization, and sales by category.
- Analyze ROI, space usage, and manpower productivity across various operational segments.
- Provide actionable insights through structured data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in revenue accounting and accounts receivable analysis.
- Support operational and financial audits through data processing and reporting.
- Contribute to clinic resource scheduling, including manpower, materials, and machine allocation.
- Utilize computerized planning systems to ensure efficient service flow and supply management in clinic operations.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline from a reputable university.
- **4+ years** of financial accounting experience; **team-lead exposure (≈2 years) is an advantage.**:

- Excellent communication with seniors, peers, team members, customers, and external parties.
- Fluency in **English**; **Mandarin** proficiency is an advantage for liaising with Chinese counterparts.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills with a quantitative approach; able to recommend solutions to decision makers.
- Proven ability to drive results through weekly cadence (e.g., check-ins, ad-hoc reviews) and follow-through on action items.
- Confident presenter to directors and frontline staff; proficient in **flow-charting, tables, charts, and PowerPoint** to communicate insights.
- Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in **Google Workspace, MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint)**; exposure to **AI-driven tools** is an advantage.
- Pleasant, energetic, mature, and integrity-driven; results-oriented, independent, and an effective team player with attention to detail and deadlines.
