About the Role

As a member of the Customer Data Enabler team within Customer Success organisation, you will:

- Ensure that Swift customer contact information is kept up to date to effectively engage the right persons for business driven purposes, in collaboration with customer facing teams
- Contribute, under guidance of more senior team members, to provide data insights allowing to improve overall data experience.

What to expect:
As a member of the Customer Data Enabler team within Customer Success organisation, you will:
- Ensure that Swift customer contact information is kept up to date to effectively engage the right persons for business driven purposes, in collaboration with customer facing teams- Contribute, under guidance of more senior team members, to:
- Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights and support decision-making processes.-
- Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.-
- Develop reports and dashboards that effectively communicate findings to customers.-
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine data needs and successfully implement data-driven solutions.-
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to inform business strategies and improvements.-
- Ensure data integrity and maintain up-to-date documentation of data processes. What will make you successful?- University degree in Computer Science, electronic engineering or equivalent. Post-graduate in Marketing / MBA or equivalent is an asset- Typically requires 0 to 3 years experience, preferably in similar roles and/or industries
