**ABOUT US**:
Workow Canada is dedicated to delivering meticulous administration services that cater to a diverse range of needs. **POSITION**:
We are currently looking for 1 Marketing Specialist to contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies, helping to promote our brand and engage with our target audience.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will encompass:

- **Social Media Content Creation**: Develop and manage engaging content for various social media platforms to promote the company’s brand and services.
- **Marketing Research**: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, target audiences, and opportunities to optimize marketing strategies.
- **Video and Photo Editing (preferred)**: Edit videos and photos to enhance marketing materials and digital content.
- **Campaign Performance Analysis**: Monitor the success of marketing campaigns, providing reports and recommendations for improvements.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive and effective messaging.
- Fulfilling any other duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including social media platforms and analytics as well as AI tools (Chat GPT, midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and etc.)
- Extensive familiarity with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other video-conference platforms
- Proven experience in a marketing role, with a strong understanding of social media, content creation, and customer engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Mailchimp, or similar).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Background in marketing research, including data analysis and competitive insights, is highly desirable.
- Ability to create visually appealing marketing materials.
- Video and photo editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar) are a strong asset.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- B2B and B2C marketing experience is a plus.

- Keen attention to detail
- Aptitude for collaborative teamwork
- Preferred experience in cadets or military roles

**Job Types**: Contract, Freelance, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
