**Position Overview**:
**Mission**:
The Regional IAM Manager is entrusted with the mission of analyzing and implementing IAM policies, standards, and guidelines within the region. This pivotal role may entail a focus on either technical or functional aspects of IAM or a combination of both, aimed at establishing and maintaining a compliant environment for the company.

**Stakeholder Management**:

- Manage, advise, train, and support local teams and management on topics related to Authorization/Authentication, Identity Management, and Access Management.
- Provide guidance on Identity Governance, Account Management, and Privilege Access Management.

**Governance**:

- Oversee the region's IAM risk, security policies, and controls.
- Manage user account life-cycle management, roles-based access, and access management.
- Drive adoption of IAM policies and standards.
- Establish and manage IAM governance and compliance framework with standard operating procedures.

**Operate and Delivery**:

- Drive and measure compliance of IAM metrics.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to incorporate IAM within projects and business processes.
- Enforce IAM processes as the source of truth.
- Participate in project delivery and IAM improvements.

**Key Deliverables**:

- Serve as a trusted IT & Business partner to identify and align IAM methodologies across all levels of business.
- Maintain a pragmatic and compliant IAM program aligned with business and cybersecurity needs.
- Track risk exceptions and implement mitigation actions.
- Deliver IAM governance requirements.

**Main Interactions**:

- Internal IT Security stakeholders at country/operational levels.
- Internal Control/Audit and Legal & Compliance stakeholders at global/country/operational levels.
- Other IT and business teams.

**Education, Experience, and Skills**:

- A recognized degree or Master's/professional qualification in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Risk Management, or related discipline.
- 5-7 years of experience in identity and access management, privacy, internal controls, or internal audit.
- Certification with relevant professional bodies and security certifications is advantageous.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Proactive team player capable of working independently.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English as the primary language.
