Conveyancing Lawyer

Job Description: Handle SPA and Bank Loan documentation for project. Liaise with all parties including agents, bankers, developers, lawyers and government officials etc. Monitor work progress closely and update work progress to all relevant parties. Perform other tasks as and when required Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu is a must. Attend clients, correspondences, preparing the status report and other types of work assigned by the firm from time to time Advices clients on all aspects of the buying or selling process, including legal issues, finances and contracts At least 3-5 years’ experience. Qualifications and Requirements: Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in law and possess a valid Practicing Certificate At least with 3-5 years portfolio in conveyancing. Good written and verbal communication skills Strong coordination and interpersonal skills Able to work independently under minimum supervision Attractive salary + commission package.
