Facility Officer

**Job Purpose**:
Responsible for the part of the workplace management team that directly manages the facilities. Facilities Executives are typically responsible for developing strategic facility goals, monitoring space allocations, and providing efficient space use.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- To conduct the procurement functions for Facilities Management.
- Responsible for project procurement, sub-contractors and supplier claim certification.
- Coordinate with client, consultant, and architect and quality surveyor for progress claim certification.
- All procurement process should comply with management approved procedures and policies with respect to time, cost, and quality.
- Develop strategies on spending analysis and review on process flow
- Build strategic alliance with key vendors and rate rationalization
- Site visiting / Willing to travel
**Education and/or Work Experience Requirements**:
- At least 3 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to work independently, results oriented, possess strong analytical and decision making skills.
- Have a good problem solving and negotiation skills and able to work under pressure.
- High knowledge and understanding in Electrical & Mechanical. Especially in Building Facility.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
