Managing Director's Personal Assistant

**Administrative Support**:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the director.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and other materials as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, and transportation.
- Prepare itineraries and provide necessary information for business trips.
- Arrange meetings, appointments, and site visits during travel.
- Handle expense reports and reimbursements related to travel activities.
- Perform a wide range of tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively and managing time efficiently.
- Adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected challenges with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Coordinate multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- To liaise with banks for Directors’ personal accounts and handle monthly payments as required.
- Managing driver schedule and company/personal vehicle maintenance service.
- To perform special arrangements and any ad-hoc task assigned by HOD.
**Experience Required**
- At least 2 years in the administrative field.
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in secretarial, administrative or business administrative or any other equivalent qualification
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required.
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Malay in spoken and writing is required, other languages would be added advantages.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Be willing to travel both domestically and internationally as required for business purposes.
- Able to discharge duties independently, multitasking and a team player who needs minimum supervision.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
