  • To act as Personal driver and execute the tasks assigned.
  • Ensure safety and comply with all the road & traffic rules while on duty.
  • Safely drive the director and director's family to and from places as assigned by the director from time to time.
  • Follow all safety measures while driving including observing speed limits, obey all traffic and road signs, avoiding dangerous behavior such as answering to mobile phone to ensure safety passenger(s) and full compliance with traffic rules and regulation.
  • Must be punctual in attendance and strictly maintain timing schedule.
  • Standby on ad-hoc/emergency arrangement.
  • Good working attitude, well discipline, dedicated, healthy, flexible, responsible and commited to successful completion of all tasks/jobs given.
  • Carry out routine inspection on the car to ensure that IT is always in good condition. Remind office admin renewal and management of road tax and car insurance.
  • Savvy in using WhatsApp, Waze and Google Map.
  • Consider different routes, check climate and traffic reports to decide the best time to travel and best route to take.
  • To be able to come to work early/stay back if something crop up last minute.
  • Willing to work overtimes, including weekends and public holidays, when required.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field with clean driving records is required for this position.
  • Possess valid "Class D" driver's license, clean traffic record and good driving skills.
  • 5.5 working days per week
